Project Manager Construction & Real Estate

We're searching for a dynamic Project Manager to drive innovation and excellence across a portfolio of Hospitality and commercial real estate developments in the Greater Düsseldorf area. What Youll Do
- Lead the delivery of projects across all phasespre- and post-contract
- Manage scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring top-tier quality
- Coordinate market testing and procurement activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare tenders, risk logs, reports, and cost forecasts
- Uphold best practices in environmental, health, safety, and quality standards
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding complex refurbishments and repositioning strategies
What You Bring
- Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years experience in the construction or real estate sector
- Progress toward Chartered status preferred
- Experience with refurbishment or residential development projects
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
