Job description

Aufgaben

  • Production Go-Live in Rekordzeit: Du baust und deployst robuste Schnittstellen, Middleware und Agentic-Pipelines direkt an der Schnittstelle zur Kunden-IT (Enterprise Cloud & On-Prem).
  • Agentic Architecture: Implementierung von Function Calling, Model Context Protocol (MCP), RAG und Event-Driven Datenströmen.
  • Mastering Legacy: Du überwindest Legacy-APIs, Datenbank-Silos und Security-Restriktionen mit pragmatischem, resilientem Code.
  • Technischer Kundendialog: Direkte Abstimmung und Problemlösung auf Augenhöhe mit den Lead-Entwicklern und Security-Verantwortlichen vor Ort.

Qualifikation

  • AI-First: Du programmierst nicht mehr rein manuell.
  • AI-assisted Toolchains (Claude Code, Cursor, Codey/LLM-Workflows) als festen Multiplikator für maximales Entwicklungstempo.
  • Engineering-Fundament: Mehrjährige solide Praxis im Backend/Systems Engineering (Python, TypeScript/Node.js oder Go).
  • Enterprise-Integration: Exzellentes Verständnis von REST/gRPC/WebSocket-APIs, Container-Orchestrierung (Docker, K8s) und Datenflüssen.
  • Agentic & Tool-Stack: Erfahrung mit modernen AI-Frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex), MCP und API-Tool-Calling.
  • Präsenz & Pragmatismus: Du bist ein kommunikationsstarker Macher und Co-Builder, der vor Ort beim Kunden anpackt und Dinge ins Ziel bringt.
  • Sprachen: Deutsch C1/C2 / Muttersprache (zwingend erforderlich für Kundeneinsätze im DACH-Raum) & verhandlungssicheres Englisch.

Benefits

Kompensation: Ab 100.000 € bis 120.000 € Fixgehalt + signifikante Early-Stage Beteiligungsoptionen (Founding Pod).
