Job description

About the company

Le Wagon is a leader in immersive tech & AI training that has empowered over 30,000 graduates with essential tech skills. Founded in 2013 with the mission to make technology accessible to everyone, we have continuously adapted our curriculum to stay ahead of industry trends. Our supportive community and hands-on approach ensure that our students are well-equipped to succeed in the tech world.

Offered as full-time or part-time intensive courses, Le Wagon's training programs have helped our students to accelerate their careers, transition into tech, or launch their own startups. Among its alumni, numerous entrepreneurs have established over 200 tech startups and raised more than $1 billion globally.

To fuel our global growth, we’re looking for an energetic and talented Student & Admissions advisor to join our revenue team in Berlin. Working closely with the Sales, Admissions, and Marketing teams, your role will involve proactively engaging with motivated prospective students and to guide them through their training and application journey, and representing Le Wagon at events.

🚀 Role Responsibilities

🎯 Your Missions

Inbound Sales

  • Respond to inbound inquiries (emails, phone calls) and conduct sales meetings to address questions and guide leads toward application.
  • Develop and execute nurturing campaigns, collaborating closely with the Marketing & CRM team to engage leads through targeted content and follow-ups.
  • Help motivated candidates apply quickly and smoothly to our bootcamps by guiding them through a streamlined application process.
  • Participate in online and on-campus events (info sessions, webinars, open days) covering topics such as financing options, bootcamp content, and career outcomes, to engage prospective students and drive conversions.

Admissions

  • Manage and process applications for candidates wishing to join our Berlin campus bootcamps and online programs, ensuring a smooth and timely experience from first contact to enrollment.
  • Advise candidates on public funding options, with a particular focus on the Bildungsgutschein, guiding them through eligibility criteria and the application process.
  • Conduct admissions interviews to assess candidates' motivation, profile fit, and readiness, and provide personalized guidance to help them choose the right program.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, teaching, marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding of admitted students and resolve any pre-enrollment queries. </aside>

  • You are passionate about tech and AI: you don't need to be a developer, but you have a solid understanding of the tech landscape, AI trends, and job market evolutions, and the curiosity to keep learning.

  • You are highly organised and structured, capable of managing multiple priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and finding practical solutions to hit your targets.
