Stellenbeschreibung
- Take technical ownership of the design, development, and continuous improvement of Java-based applications and services 
- Drive the implementation of high-quality software solutions using Java and Spring Boot 
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into pragmatic technical solutions 
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews to support the growth of team members 
- Support projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from concept to implementation 
- Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement 
- Completed technical education (HTL, FH, TU) or a comparable qualification 
- Several years of experience in software development, with a focus on designing and implementing software systems 
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, modern software architectures, and software engineering best practices 
- Experience in leading developers or acting as a technical lead within agile teams 
- Hands-on experience with Java/Kotlin (Spring Boot), RESTful APIs, microservices, integration patterns, and distributed systems 
- Flat hierarchies and short decision-making channels
