Stellenbeschreibung
Your mission
As JUNA's Strategic New Business Manager - Logistics Service Providers, you'll own a small number of high-priority logistics service provider accounts from account strategy and first contact through qualification, commercial negotiation and close. Reporting to our Head of Sales, you'll combine deep knowledge of the logistics service provider market, an active industry network and hands-on sales execution to open doors, build senior relationships and turn selected focus accounts into large, structural partnerships. Your goal is to grow JUNA's presence within leading logistics service providers by identifying where electric trucks fit operationally and commercially and converting that potential into deployments.
Your profile
What you bring:
- Several years of experience in strategic new business, enterprise sales, key account development or a comparable commercial role within or closely serving logistics service providers.
- A proven track record of creating and closing complex, high-value deals with large enterprise customers.
- Deep understanding of the logistics service provider market, including transport networks, carrier models, procurement processes, customer relationships and the operational factors that determine where electric trucks can be deployed successfully.
- A strong existing network within the logistics service provider sector, with active relationships and access to senior stakeholders and decision makers.
- Experience building structured account plans and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes over longer sales cycles.
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and translating operational complexity into a clear commercial value proposition.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, including comfort with business cases, return-on-investment logic and negotiations.
- Professional fluency in English and German required.
Who you are:
- Strategic hunter: You enjoy opening complex accounts and are persistent enough to find a way in when the obvious route does not work.
- Quality focused: You would rather deeply understand and convert ten high-potential accounts than superficially touch one hundred.
- Executive-ready: You communicate credibly with senior stakeholders and can adapt your message to operational, commercial and management audiences.
- Commercially sharp: You understand what makes a deal valuable, how to create urgency and when to walk away from poor-fit opportunities.
- Structured: You turn complex account landscapes into clear stakeholder maps, hypotheses, actions and next steps.
- Ownership driven: You take responsibility for the full journey from target account to signed deal.
- Collaborative: You bring Sales Development, Commercial Strategy and other internal teams together around the account without losing accountability.
- Based in Berlin.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with electric trucks, fleet electrification, alternative drivetrains or transport decarbonization.
- Experience selling transformation projects or solutions with a strong operational and financial business case.
- Existing relationships with major logistics service providers beyond your immediate customer base or with relevant industry associations.
