Working Student Software Engineer

Your responsibilities

• Develop Real Software: Contribute to front-end and back-end development and work on software that is used in real-world projects.
• Implement Features: Take on clearly defined development tasks and features and implement them with support from experienced engineers.
• Learn Modern Engineering Practices: Gain hands-on experience with professional software development, including testing, code reviews, APIs, CI/CD, and modern software architectures.
• Work with Existing Codebases: Learn to understand, navigate, and contribute to existing software systems and codebases.
• Test & Improve Software: Support testing, debugging, and quality assurance to help us build reliable and maintainable solutions.

• Collaborate with Experienced Engineers: Work closely with software engineers and architects, receive regular feedback, and learn from their experience.

Your profile

• Enrolled Student: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• First Coding Experience: You have gained practical programming experience through university, personal projects, internships, working student positions, or open-source contributions.
• Software Development Fundamentals: You understand basic software development concepts and are interested in topics such as APIs, databases, testing, cloud technologies, or CI/CD.
• Passion for Coding: You enjoy building software, experimenting with technologies, and continuously improving your technical skills.
• Problem-Solving Ability: You approach technical challenges analytically and are motivated to find and understand solutions.
